At Aquastrix, we are committed to ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of all pipe and fitting consignments worldwide.
"We ensure every shipment is handled with precision, durability, and global compliance standards."
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 10–30 business days, depending on order volume, product specifications, and manufacturing schedule. Production and dispatch timelines will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer flexible international shipping options based on client requirements:
• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Recommended for bulk and cost-effective shipments
• Air Freight: Suitable for urgent or smaller consignments
The mode of shipment will be finalized mutually with the client.
3. Packaging Standards
All Aquastrix products are packed using export-grade packaging to ensure maximum protection during transit: heavy-duty bundles, crates, or pallets; moisture-resistant wrapping; and proper labeling and marking as per international shipping standards. This ensures safe handling of pipes and fittings during loading, transit, and unloading.
4. Shipment Documentation & Tracking
Upon dispatch, we provide complete shipment documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, and Certificate of Origin (if required). Tracking details will be shared promptly to enable shipment monitoring.
5. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on destination country, port accessibility, and shipping line schedules. Estimated transit times:
• Sea Freight: 15–45 days
• Air Freight: 3–10 days
(These timelines are indicative and may vary.)
6. Risk & Responsibility
All shipments are executed as per agreed Incoterms (FOB / CIF / EXW / CFR). Risk transfers to the client as per the selected Incoterm. Aquastrix is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, port congestion, customs clearance, or regulatory issues.
7. Insurance
Shipment insurance will be included under CIF terms, or arranged by the client under other Incoterms.
8. Delivery & Unloading
The client is responsible for timely customs clearance, payment of import duties and taxes, and proper unloading arrangements at destination.
