Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By confirming your purchase with AQUASTRIX, you agree to the following terms:
1. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment
All orders must be confirmed in writing. A 70%–90% advance payment is mandatory to initiate production. Orders will be processed only after receipt of the advance amount.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be settled prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., Letter of Credit). AQUASTRIX reserves the right to hold dispatch until full payment is received.
3. Pricing & Validity
All quotations are valid for a limited period and are subject to change based on raw material price fluctuations, market conditions, and exchange rate variations. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
4. Production & Quality Assurance
AQUASTRIX maintains strict quality control standards. All goods are inspected before shipment.
5. Inspection
Third-party inspection (if required) must be arranged by the buyer prior to shipment. Once goods are dispatched, they shall be deemed accepted.
6. Shipping & Delivery (Incoterms)
All shipments shall be governed by mutually agreed Incoterms (such as FOB, CIF, EXW). Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed. AQUASTRIX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, port congestion, customs clearance, or force majeure events. Risk transfers to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms.
7. Damages, Shortage & Claims
Any claims regarding damage, shortage, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and supporting documents. Claims beyond this period may not be entertained.
8. Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders cannot be canceled or significantly modified once production has begun. Any approved changes may incur additional costs.
9. Force Majeure
AQUASTRIX shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, and pandemics.
10. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), and any other mutually agreed method. All bank charges shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with AQUASTRIX, the buyer confirms acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
